Bytes Managed Solutions, a member of the Altron group of companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Louis Dell as Service Account Management Executive. Louis’ focus, and that of his team, will be on customer satisfaction and service management excellence, managing the interface between Bytes Managed Solutions and its existing clients. This appointment is part of the organisation’s ongoing process of rejuvenating its structures, alignment with client needs with an emphasis on service, and solution management for its portfolio of clients.
Dell brings 23 years of experience in operations management, key account management and new business development within the IT, retail, logistics and financial services sectors to the position, and is no stranger to Bytes Managed Solutions, having joined the company in 2014 as a Portfolio Manager. Prior to this he spent time working in the South African Police Services before moving to Persetel, UCS Software and Business Connexion. While his primary focus has always been business development, he makes it a priority to familiarise himself with all aspects of the business.
This new position sees Dell leading the team that is the direct interface with customers and he says: “I am looking forward to becoming a trusted advisor to our clients. My role involves prioritising customer focus, service excellence and client relationships, identifying solutions to business problems, creating opportunities that make our customers and their end customers successful, and constantly aligning our solution offering for our existing clients with technology and solution shifts.”
