Have you ever wanted to expand your knowledge or skills set but couldn’t imagine how you would find the time to fit it into your already busy schedule?
Does your company have the need to upskill staff but the travel costs and time away from the workplace deemed too excessive to implement your company’s training requirements?
Live instructor-led training programmes are offered to participants, who are able to see and hear the instructor, interact in group discussions and receive immediate assistance – all from the comfort of their own workspace.
Bytes People Solutions has been delivering instructor-led training for the past 20 years. The value of instructor-led training lies in the ability of attendees to interact with the facilitator, view what the instructor is presenting on screen, pose questions, receive assistance when needed and learn from other people within the same classroom. Traditional classroom-based training however is impacted by the ability of delegates to travel to the training venue. For organisations wanting to book people on training courses this often goes hand in hand with exorbitant travel costs.
With the launch of our Go to Class Without Leaving your Desk solutions, we bring the best of instructor-led training to your computer – wherever you are.

“First of all, not having to spend hours in traffic to and from Bytes is a huge advantage, not to mention the fuel as well as wear-and-tear saving on one’s vehicle.
My ADSL line speed was for some reason degraded to 4mb between Monday and Wednesday and Thursday and Friday I worked via a 2mb line. There was no lag or any kind of buffering, I was also able to access the LAB’s with no issues whatsoever.
I would strongly recommend remote training to anyone going forward,”
“I enjoyed the online training tremendously. I live in Alberton, and a trip to Midrand every morning is a daunting thought.
I really feel that this is taking training to a level of versatility and fitting of the times we live in. Even though I attended from home, I managed to do my labs, and had the facilitator ‘remote’ on to my machine at home once or twice to help me when I got stuck. Beyond that, even if employers do not want trainees to do the course from home, they could still do the course on site at the office if there were concerns about attendance, or if supervision was required.
All in all, I would recommend this platform for training, and actually have already done so to my colleagues who are doing the course in August.
